When I sign on to connect, I get the map around where I live, but if I type in another location (tried penticton and arroyo grande, ca) the map never draws and the window on the left side where the activities come up just says "loading". Any ideas - I don't remember this happening before. Thanks
Are you using Internet Explorer. If so, you should be accessing garmin.com in "compatibility view." In IE go to Tools, Compatibility View settings, add garmin.com. Or, while on Garmin Connect, go to Tools "Compatibility View."
