Garmin Connect Login Issue

Why can't Garmin get their website working properly? As vendors of hardware and software, surely they can get it to work? Having tried today to contact support, I'm finding that again, after years as a user that it's still impossible to get the forms to work, constantly being asked to login despite already being logged in, and having submitted lengthy and tedious forms end up back where I started. They really don't want to help do they?
