I have a Nuvi 1260t. Is there any way to change the pedestrian icon? It seems almost stupid that in driving mode you can use a pedestrian icon, but in walking mode you're stuck with a car. Not only a car, but a car who's hood and trunk is almost identical. How about an arrow? Does anyone from Garmin read these forums? Do they still do firmware updates for the 1260? Will they ever add a different pedestrian icon, and perhaps a map that scrolls like in driving? How about having the map face "direction" up instead of North up like driving? At the very least make them optional.
ps How can I be logged in, but when I try to post it says I need to log in and then tell me my log-in information is wrong? Does anyone else notice this? Is that why there are so few responses to threads here, because people are being prevented from answering?
