Data not at Garmin Connect

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, you'll need to add *.garmin.com to the list of trusted sites.
In IE go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites. Uncheck "require server verification." Enter *.garmin.com, click Add, click OK. Close IE. Restart IE.

I'm a Mac user. What you may try to do is to see if your activity got transferred from your 910xt to your computer. Look in this folder:

<user>/Library/Application Support/Garmin/Devices

You should see a folder with a long number; this is the device ID of your 910xt. Look in here and you should see an Activity folder. Look in here for your activities, which are saved as .fit files. You should be able to decipher the time and date stamp on the files. Is there an activity file here with your activity? If so, you can manually upload it to Garmin Connect. Let us know what you find by trying this.

The files were there and I was able to manually upload them. Thanks for the help!

I had the same problem, data was not uploading (not via ant agent nor Garmin training center - it was frustrating), and I used the 'upload' button accessible via the garmin connect website, and then upload all new activities - that did the trick.

Has there been a garmin connect change? It is weird that the ANT agent or the training center - cannot upload to garmin connect anymore ...

Just got a 910xt. The Garmin ANT Agent says the "last transfer on 5/20/2012 3:50 PM was successful. Activities were transferred to Garmin connect but download of goals failed."

When I log into Garmin Connect, it says Garmin has not received my data yet. It's 4:32 now, and I got the same message and results on a separate try earlier today. What gives? Why isn't my data showing?

Garmin Training Center -ok
Upload from file- not OK
Garmin Connect - not ok
On 28/05/2012 it was OK for me.

Any ideas?

I reinstalled the Ant Agent and that fixed my problem.

I am still mac snow leopard (mac 10.6.8).
