gpx imports

Hi All
I have recently got a gpx file from an event I am due to do (cotswold 113). Tried uploading manually to gramin connect (online) I get a Green tick but it says some activities could not be uploaded. I have tried uploading to Garmin TC but I get, 'no activity data can be found'

I then tried uploading to a mapmy..... website which worked great, then saved to TCX format and tried again, similar error.

Any ideas welcome. I can attached file if you are really curious

Please attach the file. Someone may be able to fix it for you.
