screen explore garmim connect

Hello, I connect using my Garmin, and page explore - and tracks options activity, there is no search option on the screen, and the page is loading and when you open this screen does not come out, showing no alternative percussion. If someone can help me, thank you.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, you should be accessing garmin.com in "compatibility view." In IE go to Tools, Compatibility View settings, add garmin.com. Or, while on Garmin Connect, go to Tools "Compatibility View."
