Can the Garmin firmware be upgraded to auto-backup its logs from device memory to an external SD card when is found connected in the external card slot? Today, if the track logs to be held are large, many a times I notice that the device deletes the previous logs to make way for the current one when running short of memory.
If one is on a real cross country drive and is not carrying a laptop to download the logs, it would be easy to auto-copy (or enable it by a user setting) to keep an active copy of all the track logs in the external SD card.
Is such a feature already available? I use a Nuvi 205W.
