How to enable altitude correction for all past and future activities in Garmin connec

I would like to know if it is possible to enable altitude correction for all past activities and for future activities that will be uploaded into Garmin Connect. I know how to achieve this when in each individual activity, but would like to have this enabled without having to go into each activity. Is this possible? Can you set up preferences to always have altitude corrections performed when new activities are uploaded?

Thanks so much!

I think that elevation corrections are automatically applied to activities recorded on devices without a barometric altimeter. For devices with a barometric altimeter the assumption is that the elevation data will be accurate so the correction is not applied. So it depends on what device you are using. I don't think you can change the default setting.

Altitude Correction not defaulting to correct value and ...

When I manually downloaded my activities for my Forerunner 210, which does not have an altimeter barometer, altitude correction was disabled by default. Also, it does not seem to make a difference a difference on pace or speed values when I toggle from enabled and disabled, which I would have expected.

I expected it would. What is this expected to do?
