Copy courses

Hi, how do I copy a course?

I have one course which I want to keep. I want to make a number of variations on this course and save the under new names. So I like to copy the first couse, make alterations, save it under a new name. Then repeat this a few times. This way I end up with a number of courses, all based on the first course I started with.

Would be nice if possible. But there is no "save as" option. Only "save," which will overwrite the original course.

I would also very much like to see this feature added.
Would be even better if there was a way to merge courses, but I understand that's a quite advanced feature.
