No Audio!

Just today I was riding with my Zumo 660 and decided to play some MP3 tunes. When I went to play them there was no sound output at all. I subsequently noticed that my turn by turn audio is also absent. And when I remove it from the cradle on the Bike it has nothing from the internal speaker.

Help!

I'm seeing a similar problem with my Nuvi 885T device. The problem started yesterday. There are no voice directions and no sound when I press the UI icons.
