how do I know what maps are installed (eTrex 20)

Sorry; I know this is a noob question, but I just picked up a preowned eTrex 20. Not much info was givin to me when I got it.
How do I know what maps are installed?
In the /Garmin folder I have the following .img files

gmapbmap.img =49.8MB
gmapprom.img =1.4GB
gmaptz.img =581KB

From what I understand the tz file is timezone, the bmap is Base map (not sure what that covers) and the prom file is...???

I was told the device had Navigation map but how do know for sure?

I do not have any software for the unit either..
