Geocaching with Oregon 450

Hello. Is there a way to see the distance to my destination on the map (ex. 450ft.. that counts down), on my Oregon 450?

Wow, not a lot of activity in here, is there? What I do, is when I'm close, I switch to the "Compass" view, which points which direction, and distance in feet. This is the easiest way for me to get very close, I don't think using the map it would be able to get that close. It's not hard, once you do it a few times. Hope that helps.

Well it depends on how people read the site. Some people only check certain forums so posts not in the one(s) they check/read are unseen.

Now I just check for the latest posts as for many subjects there is no designated forum so people post all over.
