no course map in activity details page

Exscuse the stupid question, but I've searched the forum for hours without find any solution. So here my problem:

I've created an activity X with a course Y selected, but in the activity details page I can't see the map of the course

The problem is that I can't embed the course in my website.

Thanks for any suggestions :)

How did you upload your ride? I'm not seeing any summary data, where you would typically see the device used, etc

I'm guessing you're trying to create an activity so that you can embed the course, since there is no option for embeding directly from the course page.

I converted your course to an actvity using these steps...

Go to course - http://connect.garmin.com/course/1032644
Send to Device - Select device, send course. This will place the fit file in C:\Users\<User ID>\AppData\Roaming\GARMIN\Devices\<Device ID\NewFiles\
Open Training Center
Go to File > Import to current user account > course
Go to C:\Users\<User ID>\AppData\Roaming\GARMIN\Devices\<Device ID\NewFiles\ and select the fit file you exported from GC
Click on the course on the left to see it on the map on the right
Go to File > Export > Save as GPX file to your desktop or some rememberable location
Go to GC and manually upload the GPX file you just saved
Do a "Quick Edit" to adjust the Name, activity type, and event type

See attached GPX file. You can manually upload it to your GC account if you wish.
You should now be able to embed the activity on your site.

I solved the problem and actually embed the activity...thanks a lot! :)
