Does anyone know where the standard file location(Windows 7)where courses are stored? Also, what is the file extension for these courses? I am interested in finding the files on my computer for courses created in Garmin Connect. Many thanks.
Once you create the course and "send to device" a .fit file will be stored at C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\GARMIN\Devices\<device ID>\NewFiles\
After you send the course to your device it will then be moved to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\GARMIN\Devices\<device ID>\Courses
