Pace numbers don't add up

(Sorry if this is a known thing. I tried to find a similar thread before posting)

I've been using a 910xt for a couple months now. I just noticed that there seems to be a fundamental math issue when calculating pace.

Example activity: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/170204347
It gives a total time of 23:49.0 and a total distance of 3.20 miles, which is also what my watch reports.

If you do the math on this (example pace calculator: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/4/4_1/96.shtml) the pace should be about 7:26.50 minutes per mile, plus some change. I would understand if Garmin rounded down to 7:26 rather than up to 7:27, but the 7:24 which it says is just wrong by any measure.

In addition the moving time is listed as 23:47 which yields a pace of 7:26, which -is- correct.

Is this a known issue, or is it worth reporting?
