Garmin's will work in any part of the world - as long as you have the proper SD card for the area you are boating in - just like most GPS electronics these days.

Since GPS = global positioning system, they should work any where in the world.
Garmin's are the best GPS out there. There really easy to use, and very clear maps. All GPS units are international. The difference is that some don't have the pre loaded map. Your going to want to research which ones have that feature. You can also update any map or download other country's from the computer at garmin.com. Good luck!
