New to Garmin Routes

Hi. Just got this 2555LMT and I built a route in Garmin BaseCamp. I then followed the instructions to send it to my GPS unit. It shows up in "internal storage" when I connect to my PC, but how do I access it on the GPS so that I can display and follow the route?
