activity doesn't show hartbeat and speed etc.

Sometimes when I upload a activity, it does not show the graphs of heatbeat and speed and so on. the next day it might be that I see it normal. Is there anyone who knows how this can be solved.

If you're using Internet Explorer, you might need to turn off compatibility mode.
