Unable to upload new activities

I have a Forerunner 210, and starting sometime last week, have been unable to upload new activities. Device connects fine, activities are there on the device as expected, but when uploading, I don't get the normal prompt once finished to view uploaded activities. Then when I click on 'activities', I get kicked back to the login screen and have to log in again. Have reset watch, tried different browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) as well as updated communicator software - still having same issue- is this a website issue?

same here, with FR 110; workaround

I posted my problem couple days ago (s. "NO new activity can be uploaded anymore") and mailed to Garmin Support. No responses so far :(.

I found a partial workaround though:
    * installed the latest Garmin drivers
    * installed the latest Garmin Training Center (currently 3.6.5)
    * now I could import most activities from the device to the Center ("File | Receive from the device")
    * exported the activities from the Center to a local folder as .TCX files (right-click on an activity in Training Center and choose "Export...")
    * updated Garmin Upload browser plugin (currently 4.0.1)
    * now I could manually upload all .TCX files into Connect using "Upload | Manual Upload")

Yes sort of a hassle but it works... until Garmin Support wakes up, fingers crossed.

I am new here -- just got a 405 this weekend and started testing it out. My test upload worked fine, but this morning's run wouldn't upload. I tried the workaround described above, which worked, and also made me realize that GarminConnect was trying to upload data from my iPhone (plugged into a different USB at same time). I had to manually tell it to get data from the 405 rather than the iPhone. That seems mighty odd to me, but it worked. Next time I will try transferring data when iphone is not plugged in -- maybe it will go automatically.

Anyway, if you have an iphone or other device plugged in while you are trying to upload, maybe that is interfering?
