Loads failed with garmin connect dakota 20

I have a Dakota 20, can not download my routes or activities to garmin connect.
The communicator is installed and recognized the device. When I load the loading stays activides nonstop, until I cancel the load. Anyone have this problem?

The problem I had, it was only because of the Explorer browser.
I tried Mozilla Firefox and everything perfect!!
