Still they find your house. Whether they mug you immediately or use that info to later rob you when you are out on another ride, that's up to them. It's still false security IMO.
No its not a false sense of security it's simply balancing risk vs effort like the rest of life. Nothing is 100% secure so its a question of just adding a level of difficulty if someone is going to level you're suggesting it makes little difference what I do.
