Hold the light key down for 10-15 seconds to reset the device. from another post I held it for about 20 seconds and it reset ok :)
Had the same problem and held just the light button and it worked!
No other combination or single button worked, thanks was very frustrating no am ready to go!!
I hope Former Member hasn't been waiting 9 years for an answer.
