I've created a workout that has a 2 mile warm-up, 5 mile lactate threshold run, and 2 mile cool-down. When I use this workout, then upload the data too Garmin Connect, I see the Laps as each Step in the workout, rather than the mile splits. Is there a way to view mile split stats (like time to complete mile, calories burned, etc)?
I like using the workout, because it seems to be the only way I can program target HR zones for each step of the workout, but I don't like not having mile-by-mile granularity.
