Garmin Nuvi 2370LT freezing

Hi. I've recently bought two Garmin Nuvi 2370LT GPS and both are having the same problem. For some reason, both freeze for no reason. The only solution is to reset them.

I've tried with the OS 3.50, 3.20 and now I'm about to try with 3.10 to see if it fixes the problem. Please Garmin, I need a solution for this problem!
