Garmin upload problem

You may have to excuse me if I am in the wrong place, However my problem is this.
I downloaded my data for the past month today , but it did not end up on my dashboard. I cannot find it anywhere.
Sensible Suggestions please?

Can you provide a bit more information? What device are you using? Has it been working in the past and now it's not working? What kind of computer and OS are you using?
