Import workouts to GC from TC

I have several workouts in Training center I'd LOVE to move ot garminconnect withough having to recreate them from scratch. Is there a procedure for this? I've found how to xfer activities, but can't seem to find out anything on workouts.

Well here is a wild guess because I have never tried it. :o

Download the workout into your device from TC.

Upload the workout from your device into GC. :)
