Problem with Garmin 3490

Hi Friends,
I have a new user of this page. My new gps is the nuvi 3490 and i have a doubt. I buy this product because in teory have a command voice but, i dont find this. I go to menu application and i dont have any menu that say command voice...
The version of software is 3.5. I buy this gps in my country Argentine, but here nobody know nothing of gps.
It could be a problem of software or my GPS dont have this function?

Voice command

All you do is start by saying "Voice Command" This will give you access to the Voice command menu. Then after it tells you to say your command. You give the command you want to use. It is fine but a little limited in functionality. :)
