Stuck in upload from file

When I do a manual upload for my Oregon 20 to garmin connect nothing haooens when I click upload from file, I have been doing uploads flawlessly for a year now, and for somme reason it will no longer work.
Windows 7 and IE 9

Any Ideas?

Just tried to upload using Chrome and all worked fine. I guess the problem was IE 9
