I have a new Foreruuner 210W. First couple of runs worked perfectly, uploaded activity and all was working well. Recently however, I'm struggling and need help. The watch says it finds and connects to the satelite, but within minutes...returns to the main menu. Today, I reconnected to satelite several times but again...there is no data to upload. Could there have been a problem with the most recent software update sent to my watch? Need to get this resolved as the watch is virtually of no use right now...help please?
Just a guess: If you do not start your activity within a 5 or 10 minutes, it will revert to power save mode. Are you perhaps waiting too long to start your activity? You should get a warning when it's about ready to do this.
