Sending a workout to the device

I am getting an error message when trying to send a workout to my garmin forerunner 410. Any ideas?

Garmin connect is currently unable to send power duration and power target to your device. You can still send the workout to your device, but we will change power durations to 'press lap button' and power targets to 'no target'....

I had intervals and recovery jog set up and a warm up and cool down. thoughts?

I am having the same problem. I just purchased the 410 and this was one feature I really wanted to use. I have tried from Garmin Connect and Training Center with no luck. I can transfer goals just fine, but not work outs. I receive the same error message as above.

Anyone?
