ANT Agent Opens Automatically to Taskbar

Every time I boot up my computer, I get the Garmin ANT Agent minimized on my taskbar. It won't open if I click on the minimized program, but only with the icon next to my clock. I have to do this everyday to close out the program. I'm running Windows XP. Anyone know how to stop this from happening?
