the Map in my Activity data is gone!

this used to show the Map correctly:

but now it's gone. The 3 emails I've been bouncing around with Garmin support have resulted in nothing new.
The last email I got suggested I'd done a backup and therefore the data was no longer hosted by Garmin ?!

Hello MHBARBER,

Very interesting. That file you loaded contains only the summary of the data for each 1000 meter lap. There are no coordinates, elevations, etc for the actual trackpoints. That is why there is no track showing on the map. There is nothing wrong with Garmin Connect.

I do not have a 310XT so I have no idea what happened.

To recreate your track you might make a course from History (using the 310XT see manual page 18) and upload it to Garmin Training Center. Then you will need another 3rd party software to convert the course back into a tcx that will load into Garmin Connect. I have been using TopoFusion plus TF has some very cool data analysis tools.
