Topo 24K in Etrex 20

Hi,

I just purchased Topo US 24K on a Mico SD card. I installed it in my Etrex 20.
Map setup shows it as enabled, but the map does not display. I just see a blank gray screen, with blue lines showing my movement.
Do I need to activate the map for this device? I have registered the topo software on the site.
Any helpful assistance welcome.
