Edge 500 upload issues

I finish my ride then upload the activity, the activity never finishes uploading, the circle timer thing just goes round and round.

I now have 2 activities doing this, somehow corrupt or not uploading for some reason, any idea's why?

I am using Garmin connect, other activities before and after have uploaded so it's not like it's stopped working, go figure?

Anyone clever enough to work out whats going wrong, should I do a full resest, if so how?
