Cannot select Alternate Route with GTM 60 and Nuvi 2595

Since attaching the GTM 60 traffic receiver/cable to my Nuvi 2595, I do not see an Alternate Route option under traffic any more; this option was available with the regular traffic receiver/cable that came with the Nuvi.
