310XT Uploaded but no new data in Garmin Connect?

I transferred a run via ANT stick last night (310xt) and got a message saying that the transfer was complete but "goals" did not upload. Connect was down when I went back to edit the run but this morning the last thing showing was a run from July.

I have uploaded several times since then and am perplexed as to what to do now.

Do these files live on my MAC? can I "force" them to upload?

Anyone else seeing the same issue?

Same problem

I have the same issue, actually the software says it pulls out the data but no data for 2012 exists in the training center nor the garmin connect.

This happens even though I have done 3 trips and I can watch them all on my 310XT through the history mode.

When you turn on your device, check to see that you have the correct time. If your device is losing the time when switched off the activity date will be wrong. If you are losing time when switched off you have a faulty device which GARMIN will replace

i have the same problem but silly question how do i find time and date on my xt

I am also having problems getting any manual activities to load onto activities page. I enter the info but nothing happens.

Problems

I also have the same problem. Download ok, but no new data in Garmin Connect. The time is ok, so that´s not the issue. What can I do next?

Set time as a data field is one way. Also look when you connect to the charger with the device off.
