No traffic signals displayed

Hi all,
Have done a search but can't seem to find anything ! Our Nuvi3970t does not display any traffic signals at all, is there something I'm missing in the settings that anyone is aware of ?

Same problem with my 2460 ... have tried 2 units.

Any solution?

1690 same problem

I am on Nulink. My traffic alert does not display. So..i updated the software. Traffic alert showed up when started manually. When it is powered on by starting the car, there is no signal on display. When powered on manually in car, traffic alert signal shows up. Placed in bracket, still on. Turn car off. 1690 OFF. Powered up by starting car - no traffic alert signal. trying to figure it out.

I have the same problem with 3490LMT. But, after disconnecting external antenne it works. Try it. I have latest SW and FW.
