    Can't Upload

    I too cannot upload. I have updated communicator software as directed by Garmin connect, I have updated my oregon software and still I can't upload :mad: This has only happened in the last week. I have searched this forum and changed or added Garmin.com to the security settings, I have added garmin.com to the compatibility settings and still I cannot upload :mad:
    I normally "manually” upload as I have heart rate and cadence data to upload, but after selecting the "current.gpx" file the manual upload button does not work it seems dead. If I try to upload "automatically" using either “new” or “selected” buttons it hangs up on the actual upload and never actually uploads.

    PLEASE HELP

    Ok for the record, I am running Windows Vista and Internet Explorer V9

    After reading thru the forums re: Upload issues regardless of the Garmin unit, it appeared the issue may not be "Garmin Connect" at all!

    As stated previously I have;
    1. Updated software for my Oregon 450T – Still can’t upload
    2. Updated software for Garmin Communicator – Still can’t Upload
    3. Changed security settings (Added -*.Garmin.com) – Still can’t upload
    4. Added Garmin.com to “Compatibility settings” (under tools)- still can’t upload

    Then I looked for recent updates to Internet Explorer around the time the issues started approximately 16-12-11 and found Internet Explorer “Security Update KB2618444” via Windows "Start", “Control Panel" and “Windows Update”

    I uninstalled this update, rebooted and all was back to normal :) I can update automatically and manually.

    Hope this helps.

    Uploading manual activities

    I was doing manual uploads and then couldn't anymore. I followed the advice of another post which worked for me.In Windows 7 there is a run in compatabilty mode choice. I selected it and it solved my problem.
