Nuvi 3790LMT Voice Command not finding cities

I just purchased a 3790LMT, and installed all updates. However the voice command feature cannot find most cities in all states. The largest city in all states can be found by using voice command but that's all. I have tried using the "spell city" option with voice command and I can find any city by doing this but when I select the city from this list I again get the "no matches found" message. Everything else works fine and the unit is an excellent GPS. If anyone has had this issue, or has any suggestions on how to fix it I really appreciate it.

Hello. You should get onto whoever sold it to you as i have the same model and the voice command feature is useless and doesn't find any cities in Australia even though it was meant to work here. Chances are, like me, you have purchased a model designed for a market other than your own. Mine is North American apparently, purchased on ebay hence why it won't work for me in New South Wales and apparently doesn't have manufacturer warranty.
