Nuvi 1370 maps

I have a nuvi 1370 with preloaded maps for N. America city nav and Europe city nav.
I can select to have one or both maps available.
Question:
Can I download either map on a micro SD card and then use that SD card on my Garmin Edge 800?
If yes, info on how to download from nuvi 1370 to SD card would be appreciated.
