Question for Maps

Hello,

I hope someone can help me. I am also new to the forums so I hope I'm in the right place.

I have a Garmin eTrex Legend HCx, City Navigator North America NT 2009 - All Region Maps and Rails-to-Trails Conservancy Trail Maps - Southeast. How can I use both maps on the same micro SD card or is it even possible? Also, is it possible to add Rails-to-Trails Conservancy Trail Maps to Garmin's BaseCamp or MapSource?

Here is a quote from the Requirements tab for your RTC map.
Minimum Requirements
The download process requires you to install the free Garmin Communicator Plugin on your computer so we can communicate with your device. Note: The download is installed directly to a Garmin device or microSD/SD card and is not accessible on the computer.

I think the Note part means that you will be able to load only the RTC map, by itself, directly to the internal etrex memory or the micro card. I do not think you can combine the downloaded RTC map with any other map.

You will not be able to load the RTC map into MapSource but you will be able to connect your etrex to BaseCamp and view the map that way.
