Course creator doesn't work

Seems that Course Creator is not working properly.

Everytime I click to create a Start Point , the pogramme shows " Loading " with a turning time wheel going round and round. After that nothing happens

Anyone else have that problem ?

    YES! Please help!

    I'm having the same problem. I created a course last night and when I clicked to load it to my device, the system required me to upload some plug in. After I did that, none of my courses would load. I am now at work and can load the courses with no problem (haven't been prompted to install the plug in).

    So...think they plug in was corrupt.

    Unfortunately, no...

    Wasn't really paying close attention. Just installed what Garmin prompted me to install. Is there a way to determine what got pushed to me?

    Sorry dont know. I have tried 3 diffrent computers and have the same problem on all three. Your ISP at home doesnt happen to be Virgin Media ?

    I have just uploaded the new version 3 plug in as requested and guess what, I cannot save create or view any of my courses. Looks like the new communicator plug in does not work....Garmin this is over to you to fix the bug in the software.

    I uninstalled Garmin Communicator as a last ersort , but now I cannot download it again...justto add to teh above problems !!!!

    Garmin , let us know that this a plug in problem and sort it pls !!!

    I have the same problem, Chrome, Firefox, Windows 7, Windows Vista - course creation just hangs in the browser.

    I am having trouble with this also. I get the same issue if I open my run today and click "save as a course." It worked fine yesterday with another I did, but it's been down for me all day today.

    I haven't installed any new plugin between yesterday and today.

    Wouldn't it be great if by now we would hear something form Garmin ???
