HR not visible in activity

Hello, about form the beginning of December I do not see HR AVG, HRmax in activity list (in detailed view there are) and in November as well, but now, instead of value of the HR I see only " -" of all records saved in GarminConnect. Any recommendation? Thank you.

Thanx, everytime it will be much better, if the response of Garmin will be faster. Maybe some notice on the page where it should be will help as well.
