I can't help but think that for the amount of money these gadgets cost, the on-line utility (Garmin connect) would be brimming with data fields, customisable sections and ability to link with other accounts like Nike+ or similar. Sites like Mapmyride.com and Ridewithgps.com are miles ahead. With Garmin's funding I would expect the site to be amazing and not beaten hands down by much smaller organisations.
Basic things like Climb data is none existent on the course planner. Where is the incline percentage and the climb cat ratings. Perhaps having at least ONE cyclist in the development team would have been a good idea.
