How to change user name?

Garmin forums only use e mail if you didn't opt to enter a user name, having said that I suspect jharms01 is quite busy!

jharms01 sorted me in about 3 or 4 days, which is good. Thanks jharms01!
However, pming a specific user name mentioned in the middle of forum threads, doesn't seem like the most super professional approach. 'Admin' doesn't accept pms.

Please read the thread. You need to PM jharms01 not just leave a post here.

I would like to change my username. Is there another way to do this other than through jhamrs01?

"jharms01 has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space."

I stumbled upon these forums through Google and discovered that a myGarmin account counts as a registration for these forums? I changed my name in myGarmin but still my forum name is an email address. I would like to change that. Is that possible?

is the legal department of garmin aware that people are being forced to use their email addresses as profile names? i mean, this forum is open and spammers hunting for email addresses would probably be delighted to find a source like this.

Please change my Username!

I would like my Username changed. I cannot email you because it keeps on asking for my Device, but won't let me enter it. Please contact me to change my Username away from my email address (which is incorrect, by the way).
