I also have the problem of having my email address appear as my username. I can't find a way to make that change on my own so I hope someone can help me with that.
Probably the best thing to do is call, not email Garmin Support. If everyone affected by this would do that, then Garmin's support stats would take a hit that will be to hard for the Management to not react to. As far as posting on this forum, it is too easy for them to ignore.
I'm not saying that calling them will get you a resolution that instant, but when enough bother them, there will eventually be one.

hard to give help when you don't tell us what you've done to remedy it yourself. There are several suggestions in prior posts. How long has it been since you pm'd the admin listed several posts ago?
