I can't upload my recent activities from Forerunner 305!!

I plug in my garmin FR 305, sign into garmin connect, find my device (it finds my device without any problems), click on 'upload activities and nothing happens!!!:confused:

Normally I have no problems at all. I have been doing this for nearly 2 years!!

I recently had some windows 7 updates and I think maybe even internet explorer updates too. Could this be anything to do with it?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

    I have the same problem - I'm using Windows 7, 64 bit and IE9.

    If you're using Internet Explorer on Microsoft Vista/7, be sure to add "garmin.com" as a Trusted Site to ensure successful uploads.

    - Open Internet Explorer
    - Go to Tools> Internet Options
    - Click the Security tab
    - Select Trusted Sites
    - Click Sites button
    - Uncheck "require server verification"
    - Under "add this web site to the zone" enter - *.garmin.com
    - Click Add
    - Click Close
    - Click OK

    Thanks for the suggestion but I'm afraid it does not resolve the problem.

    I am having the same problem here win 7 64 bit os & explorer 9
    device is found says it's communicating OK from test page but connect doesn't see any new activities on the device even though they are there and download into TC just fine.

    I too with my Dakota 20 have the same problem. I can't upload from files too. I tryied with MS Explorer and with Firefox.
    What's happening dear Garmin?

    Garmin isn't responding about this failure, i mailed them but no answer. This isn't a good customer support!
