Manual add Activity = random start time

When I add an Activity manually the start time will be random no mater what I select. I can set time to 6:00AM and when I hit save it may save as 2:38AM or 4:09AM or ????. I have tried both Safari and Chrome with the same random start time results.

No one else using Manual Activity input?
