In the last couple of weeks, my lap markings (which I have set for 1 mile) are inaccurate on my map. It appears the Lap (mile) 1 is at the start, so races are minimally 1 off. My half marathon of Oct 16 was correct initially; it now has Lap markings 1-7. I am very frustrated! Any help/advice would be appreciated. I have posted 3 times to the FB page, with no response.
Thanks.. Looks like similar concerns. My lap markings were working fine until just the last couple weeks or so. I ran a half marathon on Oct 16; uploaded it the next day; lap markings were correct. Now, any new activities are incorrect, as are the previous activities. I am not happy. I need this remedied.
