when you define your rest, max and HR zones, after a workout you will see that..what it means? easy it means that your Avg HR was in your 4.9 zone and your Max HR was at 5.6 zone. so let's see:

in my case my resting HR is 70 and my Max HR is 185 so my zone are the following

    zone 1: between 139 and 150 BPM
    zone 2: between 139 and 150 BPM
    zone 3: between 150 and 162 BPM
    zone 4: between 162 and 173 BPM
    zone 5: between 173 and 185 BPM

so taking your numbers and explaining with my zones for you to understand.

if i see as my Avg HR : 4.9 z it means that my Avg HR was next to 173 PPM and your Max HR (5.6) was over 185 BPM

all that taking my zones as reference (your zones could be different according to your age, resting HR and max HR)

i hope that this makes you understand better

    cheers

    Besides what GECKO4WD says,

If you click on bpm, you can see what heart rate your zones of 4.9 and 5.6 equate to.

You can set your personal zones in Gamin Connect by clicking on Settings and Training Zones.

If you are not familiar with Traing Zones in general, you should do a web search and read some of the multitude of articles on the subject.
